We're honored to announce that Loft Design has been a DMI Design Value Award for our work with A3 Global!
The 2024 dmi:Design Value Awards recognize teams that have delivered significant value through excellence in Design or Design Management practices. The 2024 Design Value Award winners are exemplars in their fields; they are a distinguished list of organizations that include non-profit entities, government agencies, large multinationals, and regional enterprises.

Sustainable Mobility — Empowering Circular Economy to support a cleaner future
The engineering and design teams at Loft utilized in-depth customer research, advanced thermal modeling, and industry-leading engineering and design to develop the next generation of A3 equipment. This new platform is streamlined, user-friendly, and quick to deploy, allowing more EV batteries to be repurposed for a second life.
TJ loves to learn about the smallest behaviors that make up our interactions with products in our day-to-day experiences. He strives to have his designs act as an extension of ourselves to seamlessly improve our lives.
Prior to joining Loft, TJ has spent 5 years at Noco creating innovative charging solutions for various markets. As a consultant he has helped bring products and brands to life in the pet, recreational outdoor gear, industrial automotive accessory markets, and much more.
In his free time TJ is drawing, rock climbing, and exploring Rhode Island—one brewery at a time.
